About us
The Rhein Group invests, develops and manages its own real estate holdings. The Real Estate business area is divided into project development and asset management.
The Rhein Group’s investments are characterized by attractive returns and a high level of investment security – the Rhein Group itself acts as initiator and co-investor in real estate projects. This is structured via its own project companies.
The Rhein Group is also active in management, i.e. in the control and administration of investments and real estate. In addition to its extensive market expertise in northern Germany, particularly in its home market of Bremen, its market expertise also includes the dynamically developing markets in eastern Europe, especially Poland, where it has its own subsidiary.

Project development
Our project development department has specific expertise in real estate development, which is used both for new buildings and for extensive measures for existing properties. We have many years of development and construction experience, legal expertise, reliable controlling of construction projects and coordination of all service providers involved.

We work at our own risk, on a contract basis as a service developer or in a partnership with co-investors.
Asset Management
Our asset management team develops, manages and looks after the properties entrusted to it. The central aspect of asset management is the sustainable optimization of earnings and the associated increase in the value of the real estate assets. Asset Management develops individual strategies for the respective properties and initiates and monitors their implementation. The aim of asset management is to optimize the portfolio while taking specific risk situations into account.
We take on client functions and manage the entire range of complex project developments in addition to demanding revitalization measures. The selection and management of suitable service providers – architects, specialist planners and construction companies – as well as our market knowledge and negotiating strength are key factors in the successful implementation of our strategies for our clients.
Real estate management
Our properties, both commercial and residential, are managed with our own expertise. We take care of maintenance measures, the optimization of operating efficiency (facility management) and the entire billing process with our tenants.
